New 90-day additional time from US to Huawei

According to the US Department of Commerce, Huawei'ye product export and transfer, including transactions such as Temporary General License, was extended for another 90 days.

The company was sanctioned by the US administration on the grounds that it jeopardized the national security of the United States.

In line with the Ministry's new decision, Huawei and its affiliates will be able to do business with US companies for another 90 days.

US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross stated that the temporary general license extension for Huawei will allow operators to serve customers who will not be able to receive services in some of the most remote areas of the United States.

The ministry will continue its efforts to ensure that US innovations are not used by those who threaten the country's national security, Ross said, adding that they will continue to closely monitor sensitive technology exports.
